Delivering email in today's world of SPAM and blocked emails can be an ongoing challenge. We have a large number of members that we can not deliver mail to their regular address. That's what makes the RSS Feed so valuable, though we are aware it has challenges of it's own. :)
There are a couple things you can do.
1) Go into your Email program and add admin@mypowermall.com to your "Accepted" or "White" or "Safe Senders" list or add it to your Address Book.
Complete instructions for how to do this is below # 4
2) If you have another email account, try that one in the correct Subscription form to the right. All you have to do is enter your information, click Subscribe, and then check your email. It should be there in less than one minute.
And if that doesn't work...
3) Sign up for a free Hotmail, Gmail or Yahoo account. We seem to always be able to get through to them - though you may have to check your Bulk or Junk files because they sometimes end up there.
4) If you still don't receive anything, you have two options. Change your email provider or make SURE you have the RSS Feed Reader installed on your computer. It is the only way we will have to communicate with you!
We're committed to regular communication but you'll have to help us make sure you receive it! :)
Instructions for how to WhiteList us with your Email provider (most providers)
For Outlook 2003
1. On the Tools menu, click Options
2. On the Preferences tab, click Junk E-mail
3. On the Safe Senders tab, click Add
4. In the Add address, copy and paste in admin@mypowermall.com
For Hotmail
1. Open your mailbox and click "Options" (upper right hand corner)
2. Click the "Junk E-Mail Protection" link (top of page)
3. Select the "Safe List" link (2nd from bottom)
4. Copy and paste admin@mypowermall.com into the dialog box titled "Type an address or domain."
5. Click the "Add" button next to the dialog box.
For Gmail
1. Click the Contacts along the left side of any Gmail page
2. Click Add Contact
3. Copy and paste admin@mypowermall.com into the primary email address dialog box
4. Click Save
5. Click Spam along the left side of any Gmail page
6. Check mark the box next to our email address
7. Click Not Spam button along the top
For Yahoo
There is no way to add us to anything other than your Address Book and hope that will work. You might consider using Hotmail or Gmail instead and use the above directions. You will ALWAYS need to check your Bulk Folder.
For AOL
1. Click the Mail menu and select Address Book
2. Wait for the "Address Book" windo to pop up, then click the Add button
3. Wait for the "Address Card for New Contact" window to load.
4. Once loaded, type in admin@mypowermall.com into the "Other E-Mail" field
5. Make our From address the "Primary E'Mail" address by checking the associated check box.
6. Click the Save button.
For Netscape
Netscape Mail Web-based email has no filters or spam protection so you should always receive our emails.
Others
The above instructions should help you figure out your specific email system. If you aren't getting our mailings, be sure to check your spam folder, bulk folder or junk folder. If you find our email there you will need to find a way to inform your mail application that it is not spam. Many times you can select our email and click on the Not Spam or Not Junk button if available.
Once you have done this, fill in the form to the right for either a Personal Mall or Business Mall. You should receive an email within a few minutes. If that doesn't work, then go to Step # 2.
