We have two different Email approaches for you to take:
1 – Individual emails – These can be sent through the E-card system. However, you can also send them through actual email, possibly even adding an audio by using BYO Audio. For more information about audio emails, login to your Biz site back office and click on Audio Emails under Marketing Tools
2 – Complete Email campaign – Our complete Email Campaign is designed for an Email Autoresponder System, but can also be done manually for those who can’t afford to invest in an Autoresponder System. We have created 14 letters that can go out on a scheduled basis.
Research has proven that most people need to hear from you at least 7 times before they respond. Here’s the way it usually works when you send out an email campaign. When you send letter # 1, some people will respond. Letter # 2 will illicit a response from those who didn’t respond the first time. Letters # 3 – 14 will continue to draw people in. Using an autoresponder system means you can put all the letters in just one time, schedule them to go out 2-3 days apart and then forget about it. The system takes over for you – sending the letters exactly when you tell them to go.
An Autoresponder system will also allow you to customize/personalize each letter – something that is proven to generate a much higher response. Let’s say you buy a Leads List that you import into your system. It will pull the first name of each person into your actual email. Instead of the email going to, Dear Friend, it will actually say, Dear Tom. . .
If money is really tight you could join with a few people on your team to get one account and then set up different email campaigns within that same account – making sure all of them together don’t put more than 2500 names into the system.
Here’s how you would do it:
Change the letters to say Dear Friend in the greeting line
Put your own name into the To: line.
Copy and paste up to 25 email addresses into the BCC box. BCC stands for Blind Carbon Copy. It is email courtesy to always put the addresses there when you send an email to more than one person so that they do not see the email addresses of everyone you are sending it to.
You need to make sure that you add a sentence at the end that says: If you do not wish to receive these emails, please hit reply and put Remove Me in the subject line.
It is mandatory that you comply with SPAM regulations when you are sending information about My Power Mall!
Hit send, and then repeat the process with another 25 people.

Before I give you the letters, this is a good time to tell you how important Subject Lines are. Most people think the content of the email is the most important, but the truth is that what the letter says is completely irrelevant if they never open the email in the first place! We’re going to give you a suggested Subject Line with each email but there’s nothing that says you can’t test different ones.
Here are the 14 letters and their subject lines. You may copy and paste them into whatever system you choose to use.
Letter # 1Subject Line: Here is the info you requested
Letter # 2Subject Line: We're giving you a Mall with 1100+ stores
